Method
- Turn oven on and heat to 180 degrees C. Line the baking tray with baking paper.
- In the large mixing bowl add all of the ingredients and mix to combine.
- Take a small golf ball sized piece of meat mixture and shape into 5cm little kofta logs.
- Place the koftas onto the baking tray and place in the oven to bake for 10 minutes. Turn the koftas over at 5 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving. These are great to serve with yoghurt as a dip and cucumber/tomato fingers.
Notes
- This meal can easily be turned into a combination weaning meal by adding a yoghurt dip. This way your baby can practice hand eye co-ordination by dipping the koftas into the yoghurt.
