- In a large mixing bowl, add the puffed rice, seeds, desiccated coconut and cacao powder. Mix until combined.
- Meanwhile, over medium heat in a small saucepan add the coconut oil and warm until melted. Add in the maple syrup and vanilla essence. Stir until melted together.
- Pour the melted wet ingredients over the dry ingredients in the mixing bowl. Stir to combine.
- Use a spoon to scoop into the mini silicone moulds. Place in the fridge for a couple of hours to set.
