
Oat Porridge and Berries

INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup of quick cook oats
Small handful of fresh or frozen berries
150ml of full fat cow's milk
1 TSP almond butter
Pinch of cinnamon
METHOD:
- In a small pot over medium heat combine the oats, berries, milk and cinnamon.
- Simmer for around 5 to 7 minutes until the oats have become tender.
- Serve porridge in a small bowl and stir through the almond butter just before serving.
