INGREDIENTS:
500g lamb mince
1/2 white onion, grated with box grater
1/2 bunch coriander, leaves only
2 heaped TSP of Mum Bub Moroccan spice blend
Puree
1 can of apricot halves in juice, drained
1 can chickpeas, drained
2 TBSP olive oil
